I'm afraid I bought the Phillip Lim dress last year from net-a-porter, which is no longer available :( It also came in a t-shirt dress (white) version, and I so wish I had bought that too...But if I ever see one pop up on ebay I'll let you know ;) (I always keep an eye, as I missed out on another of his dresses I really loved). xx
